RED ONE MX

The camera RED ONE MX is built on a large Mysterium CMOS sensor, which is one of the main features of the device. Unlike most cameras in the professional filming segment, the RED ONE MX shoots in its own RAW format. Color (RGB) and luminance signals (YUV) are recorded in the standard 4:4:4 saturation downsampling, you can also switch to 4:2:2. The numbers 4:4:4 mean that for each pixel, in addition to brightness, its color is also saved, while conventional digital cameras accurately preserve only the brightness characteristics, and the color difference signals for neighboring points are considered the same, approximated by various algorithms.
